AT-ART9XA
AT-ART9XA
$1,799An update of the AT-ART7, the AT-ART9XA non-magnetic core MC cartridge features a Shibata stylus on a 0.28 mm diameter solid boron cantilever.
The “ART” in the model number stands for Audio-Technica Reference Transducer, a designation that we give only to our flagship phono cartridges. Compared with the magnetic core used in most MC cartridges, non-magnetic core cartridges are free from magnetic distortion, allowing for natural timbre and a precise sound field. Although conventional non-magnetic cores struggle with output voltage, the AT-ART9XA features a newly designed coil armature with an improved output voltage of 0.2 mV (1 kHz, 5 cm/sec). The dual moving coils (fashioned from high-performance PCOCC wire) are aligned in an inverted V shape to provide high separation and wide response. Threaded cartridge mounting holes make installation to a headshell or integrated tonearm incredibly easy.

AT-ART1000
$6,699The AT-ART1000 (“ART” for Audio-Technica Reference Transducer) is Audio-Technica’s new flagship phono cartridge, handmade in Japan. Born of the pursuit of audio excellence that has driven A-T for more than 50 years, the AT-ART1000 introduces an innovative, audiophile design heretofore unseen in mass-produced cartridges. The cartridge’s direct power system places the dual moving coil directly on top of the stylus tip, ensuring that the audio quality does not suffer the negative effects normally introduced by the cantilever’s length and material type. Having the coils move in such close proximity to the stylus tip allows the cartridge to vividly render even the most subtle sonic details and provide unsurpassed transient response.
BP-2 MM Moving Magnet Phono Gain Stage
BP-2 MM Moving Magnet Phono Gain Stage
$1,315Phono gain stages are rather un-glamorous. But that’s the point. This one trick pony simply accepts analog audio from your turntable’s cartridge and amplifies it to a level that your main preamplifier can understand. What makes the BP-2 MM so special is that it can take such a minuscule signal–2mV or so and amplify it with so little distortion and so little added noise. If it weren’t for the characteristic smoothness and organic sound of vinyl, you might swear you were listening to digital.
TF-2 Moving Coil Step-Up Transformer
TF-2 Moving Coil Step-Up Transformer
$1,810Maybe it’s upgrade time. Out with the MM cartridge, and in with the new high resolution MC model. The Bryston TF-2 is the perfect companion that will bridge the gap between your perfectly fine low-gain MM stage and your new low output cartridge. By providing either 20dB or 31dB of gain (your choice at time of order) without the use of any active circuitry, you can get just the boost you need with superb clarity and virtually no added distortion. The Bryston TF-2 is a top quality step-up-a difference you’ll hear right from the first listen.
PS-3 DC Regulated Power Supply
PS-3 DC Regulated Power Supply
$1,315How important is the power supply to audio equipment? After all, amplified audio is nothing more than modulated power from the wall that’s been rectified, filtered, and smoothed along the way. Bryston’s quest to make the perfect power supply has resulted in two models-the PS-3 and MPS-2. Each is an ideal DC power supply to attached equipment giving them smooth, clean, DC power to modulate with incoming audio. These are mandatory power supplies for some equipment we manufacture and are not intended for use with other gear.
P1 Dual Monaural Phono-Stage
P1 Dual Monaural Phono-Stage
Starting at $31,000 USDThirty years ago few people predicted that, not only would we still be listening to records in the 21st Century, we would still be pressing them too. For many listeners, the vinyl record is more than just a viable source – it’s the pre-eminent source of recorded music that reflects both the inherent qualities and character of analog sound, but also the fact that record replay has significantly upped its game in the face of ever-increasing competition from high-res digital sources. These days, serious record collectors and listeners wanting the best possible sound will seek out rare original pressings, appreciate the virtues of mono (as opposed to many stereo) releases and purchase their discs, new and used, from all over the world.
Likewise, the once simple process of playing those discs can achieve levels of sophistication and record-by-record optimization we never dreamed of, back when the vinyl LP was the only high-quality format.
Andromeda Phono-stage
Andromeda Phono-stage
$25,000 USDAt Andromeda’s core is a phono EQ circuit engineered by John Curl, for decades famed as the world’s best phono preamp designer. We combined this musically refined circuit with a technically refined output stage based on the fully balanced Line Stage Gain Modules found in all of our award-winning line stage preamps. We build these circuits using FETs selected specifically for their outstanding, ultra-low-noise performance.
Andromeda’s power supply is one of the best ever used in a phono preamp. We build it into a completely separate chassis which, like the preamp section, is constructed using thick, machined aluminum panels to minimize interference. Inside the supply are individual R-core audio-grade transformers assigned to the left and right channels, plus an EI-type transformer to power Andromeda’s control circuits.
Increasingly, vinyl enthusiasts are exploring a wider variety of cartridges – and also experimenting by going beyond the cartridge manufacturers recommended settings. For these adventurous audiophiles, Andromeda will be a godsend.

The Akito tonearm is the perfect partner for Linn’s Krystal moving coil or Adikt moving magnet cartridges.
Arko
Arko
$5,205With Arko, Linn have returned to fundamentals, by removing all bar the mission-critical elements of tonearm design, boiling these down to their essence, and then honing what was left to superlative standards. Perfectly poised and rigorously refined, Arko is effortful simplicity.
This tonearm features an ultra-stable gimbal platform which facilitates superb bearing concentricity and alignment. Its arm wand travels in space with minimum hindrance; the affixed cartridge bobs and moves with the warps and grooves of the record, with finesse and fluidity.
Special care and effort was taken to ensure that 7075-grade aluminium would be used exclusively throughout the arm wand assembly – from headshell to gimbal – with the resultant material synergy and coupling effectively banishing undesirable resonances away from the delicate generator, and out through the sub-chassis.
Ekos SE
Ekos SE
$8,050Ekos SE sets a new performance benchmark. Advanced materials have been carefully selected for their sound performance and low resonance properties. These minimise interference, resonance and microphony, meaning you hear every note from your vinyl collection in the way it was meant to be heard.
The arm tube is machined from titanium to reduce resonance, while a stainless steel bearing housing ensures precision of movement.
Whether you are listening to the first track of the day or have been spinning records for hours, the ultra-low friction bearings and temperature-compensated precision-springs ensure exceptional performance from the Ekos SE tonearm is maintained.
Each Ekos SE tonearm is precision-engineered to last and is hand-built to the highest quality standard to ensure you can continue to enjoy your vinyl collection for decades to come.
The Ekos SE tonearm is the perfect partner for any cartridge. Specify Kandid, Linn’s reference moving coil cartridge, for ultimate performance from your LP12 turntable.
Adikt
Adikt
$1,040Designed to retrieve an incredible level of musical detail from the groove of a record, Adikt uses an efficient and affordable moving magnet (MM) configuration. This makes it an ideal starting point for any quality vinyl playback system and its performance is more than a match for many expensive moving coil (MC) designs.
The Adikt cartridge features a rigid body and Gyger II replaceable stylus, both of which help to achieve a finely detailed and dynamic sound. It is easily mounted on a wide range of tonearms, including Linn’s Akito.
Adikt is fitted as standard to the Majik LP12.
Krystal
Krystal
$2,535Krystal uses the design principles of one of Linn’s leading moving coil cartridges, the Kandid to capture the minute changes in the record groove, letting you hear every musical detail.
Krystal features a similar approach to minimising mass as Kandid, using a nude design to give the cartridge less inertia so it can react more quickly to the changes in the groove. It also uses the triple-point mounting system for a solid connection to the tonearm headshell, while the aircraft grade 7075 aluminium chassis provides a lightweight, stiff and stable platform for the generator. Even the adhesive used on Krystal was painstakingly selected to provide the most rigid bond possible to avoid any dampening effects.
Whether you specify Krystal on your current turntable or buy it as part of an Akurate LP12, you’re guaranteed to enjoy a more musical performance from all your vinyl.
Kendo
Kendo
$5,080Kendo is the outcome of Linn’s engineers’ efforts to capitalise on the elements of Ekstatik which work so well; using their tried-and-true, trickle-down development methodology to produce a more affordable, high-performance cartridge which retains the same core design principles and acoustic fingerprint.
Kendo possesses a rigid, nickel-coated 7075-grade aluminium body. This specific grade of aluminium matches that of our Arko tonearm, for which Kendo was designed to be the perfect partner. This facilitates superb material synergy throughout the tonearm system, and effectively banishes unwanted resonances away from the delicate generator, along the arm, and out through the sub-chassis.
Kandid
Kandid
$6,890The first thing you’ll notice about Kandid is that it is nude – the generator is exposed. With no cartridge housing, potential sources of resonance are removed which results in purer, cleaner sound, making all your vinyl sound better than ever.
Linn have also kept the weight of the cartridge down by using a plastic front yoke screw rather than metal. As well as allowing the counterweight to be moved closer to the bearing point which gives a quicker reaction to changes in the vinyl, using a plastic screw eliminates any magnetic interference to the delicate coils in the cartridge.
Another notable innovation in Kandid is the angle of the mechanical body and the tracking angle of the cantilever which have also been moved from 23° to 20°. This means that when it’s placed under tracking force on the LP surface, the flux lines remain symmetrical, ensuring that mechanical forces on the coils and iron core remain equal in all directions, avoiding any deformation.
Kandid uses the finest nude diamond Line Contact stylus and benefits from a ceramic boron cantilever for ultra low mass and extremely high rigidity. The suspension mechanism supports hand-wound coils secured in a high-precision rigid assembly, terminated with gold contacts on flying leads for superb signal transmission. The coils in the Kandid also feature an extra winding to increase output.
Ekstatik
Ekstatik
$9,985In order for Linn to make their best cartridge ever, they needed to look further afield, and at more varied materials. They conducted extensive experiments; auditioning different materials and configurations for the body, inserts, cantilever, suspension, windings and leads. The result is Ekstatik – the new jewel in the crown of the Linn cartridge range.
Linn’s all-new, flagship cartridge, Ekstatik, sets a new bar for arm/cartridge synergy; its unique construction forges an harmonious synergy with Ekos SE; wicking away more unwanted resonances along the arm, and out through the sub-chassis.
In their search for ever better materials, Linn’s experiments led us to the implementation of aluminium-bronze inserts. Now a feature of Ekstatik, these inserts allow them to reap the sonic benefits they found this alloy to possess.
With a bespoke, honeycomb cut into the cartridge body, Linn have skeletonised Ekstatik so that overall mass is reduced to our preferred sweet spot of close to 7g.
A micro-ridge stylus on a sapphire cantilever makes for an extraordinarily responsive cartridge. The sapphire cantilever is far stiffer than boron or aluminium, resulting in less loss between the stylus and the generator.
The overall result is an agile, responsive cartridge with the added performance yielded from specifying these materials; masterfully matched in unique configurations.
Karousel bearing
Karousel bearing
$1,510Karousel, Linn’s new precision-engineered single-point bearing, offers smoother rotation and greater stability for even better sound from your Sondek LP12.
This innovative new take on our original bearing design has been made possible by technological developments in material science, machining capabilities and mechanical engineering expertise gained from almost half a century of designing and manufacturing the world’s best turntable.
That vital union between the platter, spindle, bearing and sub-chassis is now the strongest they have ever achieved. The substantial lock-nut fastening on the stainless steel housing increases rigidity at the critical point where bearing and sub-chassis come together.
Enhancements to the base of the bearing include a stronger housing for the thrust pad, and combined with a smaller, stiffer form improves the critical area that supports the platter rotation and mass, meaning your vinyl reproduction is more accurate and detailed than ever before.
Kore
Kore
$1,610Following the same design philosophy as Linn’s flagship Keel, the Kore sub-chassis and armboard is an essential upgrade step for anyone looking to improve their LP12 and bring it up to Akurate-level performance.
Designed for extra rigidity and removal of unwanted damping, the Kore sub-chassis is strengthened by a multi-layer, box construction of 1.5mm thick aluminium. Three layers are bonded together using a unique Linn-specified adhesive to form an incredibly stiff structure, while keeping the weight low.
The Kore armboard is precisely machined from solid aluminium and further strengthened with ribs on the underside to provide the ultimate rigidity. This is then bonded to the sub-chassis so that the assembly mirrors the valuable properties of a single piece; as the arm collar is bolted directly to the sub-chassis, the arm has a direct connection to the bearing.
Keel
Keel
$5,345Linn’s integrated sub-chassis, armboard and tonearm collar take your turntable to the next level of performance.
Machined from a solid piece of aluminium, Keel provides extremely rigid support to the tonearm and platter. Screws, fixings and joins between each component have been eliminated; removing virtually all vibration. All you will hear is your music.
Keel integrates seamlessly with the suspension system of every Sondek LP12 turntable. It has been engineered to maintain the same mass and centre of gravity as achieved with a separate sub-chassis, armboard and collar.
Lingo
Lingo
$2,940The Lingo has received a major upgrade to deliver even better sound from your vinyl. Ground-breaking technology derived from the extraordinary Radikal power supply has taken performance to the next level.
New Lingo incorporates a motor speed management system and uses digital processing technology to make the platter spin more accurately and more consistently. On top of that, it also auto-calibrates the motor when the Sondek LP12 is powered on to ensure this accuracy and consistency every time. That’s crucial for ensuring you can hear your music the way the artist intended as the slightest speed variation will affect the pitch. An inaccurate turntable is like an untuned musical instrument.
With on-board circuitry that fits inside the deck and a new external slimline power supply which can be easily concealed, this latest model is neater, more compact and cleverer than ever.
The source of the audio source, Lingo is the first improvement to make to your LP12, providing a clear upgrade from the internal Majik power supply and previous Lingo models.

PD-151A
PD-151A
$7975PD-151. Preserving the fragile beauty of analog music reproduction.
Audiophiles love the warmth, organic texture and uncanny beauty of analog music reproduction. But that beauty is notoriously fragile. Even slight variations in platter speed can blur the musical pitch, placing the sound behind an unnatural veil. And when music lovers turn up the volume, the phono cartridge can pick up even subtle chassis vibration and resonance – distortions the cartridge cannot distinguish from the desired tracking of the record groove. At LUXMAN, we understand. And we built that understanding into the PD-151 analog player, a more accessible alternative to the highly regarded PD-171A / AL. From the 10 mm thick aluminum top plate to the high-torque motor, the ultra-wide drive belt and the 4.0 kg platter, every aspect of the PD-151 pursues just one purpose. To do full justice to the ineffable beauty of analog sound.
LMC-5
LMC-5
$3,775LUXMAN’s LMC-5 marks the return of moving coil phono cartridge production after a 40 year hiatus!
This latest effort boasts a cross-mounted iron core, with unique signal generating coil structures, allied to an efficient compact magnetic system. Record groove contact is achieved via a SHIBATA profile stylus mounted to an aluminum pipe cantilever enabling excellent tracing ability with low background noise.
In addition, the unique and sonically advantageous housing structure was achieved through research, repeated prototyping and attentive fine tuning. Luxman have developed the LMC-5 with confidence and appreciation for all who love vinyl playback and value its musicality.
Delos
Delos
$2,195 USDWhile vinyl records played back with an MC cartridge can sound exceptionally good, it is a surprising fact that the design of conventional MCs restricts the sound quality that can be achieved from LPs.
The Delos also has a microridge stylus on a boron cantilever for outstanding tracking, a non-parallel solid machined metal body for low resonances, and 6-N high-purity copper coils and nude construction for greater clarity. The result is clearly improved sound quality, particularly resolution, tracking ability, dynamic range, transient impact and immediacy.
Kleos
Kleos
$4,065 USDThe Kleos is the lowest cost Lyra cartridge to feature the full fledged Ogura manufactured boron cantilever and coil system with Lyra original line-contact (3 x 70μm) stylus. This is similar to what is employed on even the most expensive Lyra models.
Lyra offers a unique combination of capable, advanced cartridge design by Jonathan Carr and complete handmade execution by the above mentioned individuals. Investing in a Lyra Kleos through an authorized retailer will offer you an unparallelled analog experience from your stereo microgroove vinyl records.
Kleos SL
Kleos SL
$4,395 USDThe Kleos SL is a special, built-to-order, version of Kleos for expert users with very high-gain, extra low noise phono stages, or alternatively a step-up transformer designed for phono cartridges of 2 – 3 ohms or less.
Most users (and phono stages) will benefit from the regular Kleos with much higher output and considerably more energy; resulting in a much better signal-to-noise ratio. If you are in doubt about which version of Kleos that will work best in your system, please go with the regular Kleos.
The Kleos SL may provide extra pure and pristine sound from an audio system that is optimized for a low-impedance, low-output cartridge. However, this may be accompanied with a lesser level of energy and power.
Kleos Mono
Kleos Mono
$4,395 USDThis is a special, built-to-order, mono version of Kleos for real mono playback of monaural/monophonic (mono) microgroove, vinyl records. It is recommended that the Kleos Mono is used with high-gain, low noise phono stages, or alternatively a step-up transformer designed for phono cartridges of 2 – 3 ohms or less.
On mono records, the vertical axis of the groove contains no musical information, but it will frequently have noise, in the form of groove damage and dirt. The Kleos Mono has therefore been designed to be completely insensitive to the vertical axis, which greatly improves the signal/noise ratio without any downside on monaural records.
Etna λ
Etna λ
$9,895 USDLyra again turns the analog world on its ear with the introduction of the Etna λ Lambda phono cartridge. Sharing its name with Sicily’s majestic Mount Etna, Etna λ Lambda the cartridge is an impressive monument in its own right, one that melds tried and true Lyra design tenets with designer Jonathan Carr’s very latest thinking on phono cartridges.
While Etna λ Lambda is second from the top in Lyra’s line, one listen will demonstrate that this cartridge’s performance would define the very top of any other cartridge line. Atlas has a very refined, elegant and voluptuous sound while Etna λ Lambda personality is more outgoing. We truly believe that choosing between these two exceptional performers will come down to one’s tastes and the system in which it will live. For many customers Etna λ Lambda will be ideal and become their preferred Lyra.
Etna SL λ
Etna SL λ
$10,995 USDEtna λ Lambda SL was designed with a strong emphasis on engineering efficiency, so that its performance would be as far beyond the sum of its parts as possible. For this reason, although it shares some of its design philosophy with Atlas λ Lambda SL, the concepts are executed rather differently.
Etna λ Lambda SL employs a solid titanium core structure machined with non-parallel surfaces to inhibit internal reflections whenever possible, but unlike Atlas (and Titan i before it), this is mated to a slightly undersized, asymmetric, mirror-black anodized duralumin outer body that locks over the core like a very tightly-fitting jigsaw puzzle. The core and body are augmented with bronze and stainless-steel resonance control rods, then pressure-fit together into a pre-stressed, solid, void-free structure which is comprised of multiple materials and complex internal shapes. The constrained-layer nature of this construction dramatically reduces the resonant signature of each material and creates a far more neutral-sounding body structure than otherwise possible, while the high body stiffness benefits transients, dynamics and resolution.
Etna Mono λ
Etna Mono λ
$10,995 USDThis is a special, built-to-order, mono version of Etna λ Lambda for real mono playback of monaural/monophonic (mono) microgroove, vinyl records. It is recommended that the Etna λ Lambda Mono is used with high-gain, low noise phono stages, or alternatively a step-up transformer designed for phono cartridges of 2 – 3 ohms or less.
On mono records, the vertical axis of the groove contains no musical information, but it will frequently have noise, in the form of groove damage and dirt. The Etna λ Lambda Mono has therefore been designed to be completely insensitive to the vertical axis, which greatly improves the signal/noise ratio without any downside on monaural records.
Atlas λ
Atlas λ
$13,195 USDThe Atlas λ Lambda is Lyra’s new flagship phono cartridge. Why asymmetric? By literally misplacing the “barriers” to great sound that are present in every other cartridge today, a number of important performance benefits are realized.
The Atlas λ Lambda uses a body that is meticulously carved from a solid billet of titanium, through a process that involves both contact (for the exterior) and non-contact machining (for the interior body structures). By making most of the Atlas λ Lambda body surfaces non-parallel (avoiding dimensions that are multiples of other dimensions) and adding a pre-stressed phase-interference resonance-controlling system, resonances have been further inhibited.
We firmly believe that the Atlas λ Lambda represents an important step forward in LP playback.
Atlas SL λ
Atlas SL λ
$14,295 USDThe Atlas λ is Lyra’s new flagship phono cartridge. Why asymmetric? By literally misplacing the “barriers” to great sound that are present in every other cartridge today, a number of important performance benefits are realized.
First, different-shaped structures on the left and right sides of the cartridge body suppress the formation of standing waves within, resulting in a significant reduction of resonance-induced colorations. Second, the asymmetric construction offsets the front magnet carrier and its associated mounting system so that it is no longer in line with the cantilever assembly. This opens up a direct, solid path between the cantilever assembly and tonearm headshell so that vibrations from the cantilever can be quickly drained away once they have been converted into electrical signals, again suppressing induced resonances.
Atlas Mono λ
Atlas Mono λ
$14,295 USDThis is a special, built-to-order, mono version of Atlas for real mono playback of monaural/monophonic (mono) microgroove, vinyl records. It is recommended that the Atlas Mono is used with high-gain, low noise phono stages, or alternatively a step-up transformer designed for phono cartridges of 2 – 3 ohms or less.
On mono records, the vertical axis of the groove contains no musical information, but it will frequently have noise, in the form of groove damage and dirt. The Atlas Mono has therefore been designed to be completely insensitive to the vertical axis, which greatly improves the signal/noise ratio without any downside on monaural records.

Cadenza Black
Cadenza Black
$4535Cadenza Black is optimized for an amazing tonal neutrality, dynamics and purity of sound.
The Cadenza Black model is using a Nude Shibata stylus with a boron cantilever. The effective mass of the stylus/cantilever system is extremely low due to the use of a very thin boron rod. This material is extremely stiff and even more lightweight than aluminium.
It also uses the WRD/Wide Range Damping-system applied for MC Windfeld, MC A90, MC Anna, Xpression and MC A95 cartridges, controlling the high and low frequency damping separately.
The coil wire is the famous Ortofon Aucurum wire, which is a gold plated 6NX copper wire.
Cadenza Black is high performing on areas like detail, consistency and sound staging.
Cadenza Mono

$71,900Created as a companion and to compliment the Series V-12, the Model 30/12 precision turntable enjoys all of the features associated the Model 30/2 precision turntable. The differences are merely ones of scale. The suspension now provides 60 purpose moulded ‘O’ rings supporting the sub-chassis, which has been increased in thickness by some 16%, on one hundred and twenty strands of rubber. The main chassis has received similar attention but in this case the thickness has been increased by 19%. Small differences but necessary to afford the increased rigidity required to ensure acoustic neutrality.
20/12A Mk II
20/12A Mk II
$47,500A larger and more massive version of our well known Model 20/2. It will accept nine, ten and twelve-inch arms but is especially directed at the exciting Model 312S. This offers a performance some 27% better than a nine-inch arm in respect of angular error distortion. The wand and headshell are pressure die-cast in magnesium and are 27g lighter than they would be in aluminium.
Probably the stiffest and lightest twelve-inch arms ever made these dual problems are at last addressed and on listening, the benefits of minimal tracking error and harmonic distortion are clearly revealed. A turntable should address the problems of extraneous vibrations. These emanate from numerous sources including air and structural vibration from loudspeakers, groove modulation, stray electrical fields and mechanical imperfections in moving parts.

The Dynamic Groove Turntable DG-1
The Dynamic Groove Turntable DG-1
Starting at $6,595For those daunted by the idea of setting up a record player, many of which seem to arrive in kit form, the DG-1 is as close as you’re going to get to ‘plug and play’ in a high-end, high-performance record player, and yet packed with innovations. The DG-1 is our simplest record player, yet also our most highly-developed. Here’s why… When it came to building a new, easy-to-use, entry-level model for our record player range, we could have taken the easy route of simply replicating much of what we’ve already done in our flagship models, just using less expensive materials and components. But that would have been too easy and rather unsatisfactory – after all, we’re all about designing to a level of performance, not a price. So a complete re-imagining was the only approach to take.
